A great mix of stone fruits on the nose like peach with notes of lees and crushed stones. The flavor has loads of citrus and streamlined, with lean tangerine flavors that turn a touch oily and fleshy on the midpalate, but ultimately racy on the finish. What a stunning Albarino.
For more than 100 years we made wines in the traditional method with excellent results, but distribution was limited to the province of Pontevedra. To bring our wines to a wider international audience, we founded the Altos de Cristimil winery in the "Rias Baixas” denomination. We use the most modern methods and winemaking techniques, which extract the maximum potential from our grapes while respecting their natural character. The partial cold maceration and combination of our different coupages, balanced in ideal proportions allows for singular fruit expression, aromatic complexity and freshness.
THE VINEYARDS
Our vineyards are situated in the municipality of Meaño, in the heart of the Salnes, where they benefit from a superior drainage system to produce high quality grapes and wines.
