We capture the bright, citrus notes from this fruit by distilling at low temperatures, preserving its natural flavour and fragrant aroma.
Exceptionally well balanced, juniper-led gin with a clean and smooth citrus profile that is designed for aperitifs, long drinks and refreshing high balls.
Juniper, buddha's hand citron, pink peppercorn, orris root, cinnamon, lemon peel, orange peel, angelica root, cassia bark, almond, coriander, liquorice.
Best served in a London calling cocktail or in a G&T with lime.
