From that elite group, TWCP chose what we fell was the standout barrel of those exceptional barrels. Bottled at 110.4 proof, “Sweet Meat BBQ” showcases Peerless’ signature bourbon mash bill (70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley) with a profile that leans savory and rich, balancing deep caramelized sugars, smoked spice, and rich depth.
