Cincoro - Michael Jordan - Anejo Tequila (750ml)
From Michael Jordan
Cincoro Anejo gains its remarkable aromas and taste from a very unique aging regimen. Our barrels are imported from Kentucky, and were first used to age Bourbon. By aging Cincoro Blanco in these barrels, we highlight the smoothness of our Blanco, complimented by wood notes from aging 24-28 months in an underground cellar, considerably longer than the minimum 1 year required for Anejo. Subtle notes of toasted oak and maple on the nose, followed by sweet cooked agave, light butterscotch and baking spices on the palate. Remarkably long, elegant finish with lingering notes of dark chocolate. |

Cincoro - Michael Jordan - Blanco Tequila (750ml)
From Michael Jordan
Cincoro Blanco is made with 100% Weber blue agave and is exceptionally smooth on the palate and approachable. While most tequilas are made with agave from either the highland or lowland region of Jalisco, we use both types of agave. By combining agave from two distinct regions, our Blanco tequila is smooth on the palate with great flavor, complexity, and finish.

Cincoro Michael Jordan - Reposado Tequila (750ml)
From Michael Jordan
Cincoro Reposado gains its remarkable aromas and taste from a very unique aging regimen. Our barrels are imported from Kentucky, and were first used to age Bourbon. By aging Cincoro Blanco in these barrels, we highlight the smoothness of our Blanco, complimented by wood notes from aging 8-10 months in an underground cellar, considerably longer than the minimum 2 months required for Reposado. On the nose Cincoro Reposado has amazing notes of vanilla, baking spices, and toasted oak. On the palate, sweet cooked agave, caramel, white chocolate. |

Lobos 1707 - Tequila Extra Aņejo (750ml)
From LeBron James
Extra Añejo is the alpha Tequila. With over 400 years of refinement that harkens back to 1707, it's backed by the ultimate alpha: basketball legend Lebron James.
Born of 100% pure Blue Weber agave Tequila, it is aged to perfection for three years in American white oak barrels and finished in the brand’s historic Pedro Ximénez (PX) wine barrels using the solera method. This permits the Tequila time to evolve, resulting in a lasting, flavorful experience. Superbly unorthodox in flavor. Unapologetically smooth.

Lobos 1707 - Tequila Joven (750ml)
From LeBron James
Young in spirit, old in soul, Lobos 1707 Tequila, Joven comes from premium aged Blanco tequila that is mixed with a measure of Lobos 1707 Tequila, Reposado.
Carbon-filtered, then finished in the brand’s historic Pedro Ximénez (PX) wine barrels using the solera method, the result is a more mature flavor profile than any other Silver or Blanco tequila on the market. It is character-first and perfectly balanced. |

Lobos 1707 - Tequila Reposado (750ml)
From LeBron James
From 100% pure Blue Weber agave, the Reposado reaches its perfectly robust flavor through rest.
After resting for over six slow months in American white oak barrels, the liquid is blended with a touch of Lobos 1707 Tequila, Extra Añejo, and finished at its leisure in the brand’s historic Pedro Ximénez (PX) wine barrels using the solera method. This creates a distinct profile that is spicy, bold, and audacious – expectant from any middle child with something to prove, and the middle child of Lobos 1707 Tequila is no exception. |

Andremily - EABA 2019 (750ml)
The 2018 Eaba is another wine from Jim that puts its foot firmly on the ripeness pedal and offers a blockbuster-like style of ripe black fruits, wood smoke, cured meats, and peppery goodness. Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, it’s flawlessly balanced, has gorgeous tannins, and a great finish. Drink it over the coming 10-12 years or so. The 2018 is 59% Syrah, 23% Mourvedre, 15% Grenache, and the rest Viognier, aged 22 months in 50% new French oak.

Brooklyn Brewery - Black Ops Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels (4 pack 16oz cans)
Stout Aged in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels
12.4% ABV
Brooklyn Black Ops is a legend. We can neither confirm nor deny its existence. However, if it did exist, it would be a robust stout originally concocted by the Brooklyn brewing team under the cover of secrecy and hidden from everyone else at the brewery. Supposedly this vintage of Black Ops is aged for months in Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon barrels and re-fermented with Champagne yeast. Such a beer would raise a rich, fluffy dark brown head, and combine big chocolate and coffee notes with a rich underpinning of vanilla-like oak. Is Black Ops real? We can’t say. But we think you’ll love it.
Given this beer’s higher ABV and sturdy character, we think it’s a prime candidate for cellaring. Find a cool, dry spot away from light sources, and see how it changes in the years to come. You never quite know what will happen when you age a beer: perhaps the body will smooth out, notes of vanilla, oak, and tannins will come to the front, or hints of leather and soy sauce will make themselves known. No matter what, remember that beer is meant for drinking, so don’t keep it to yourself for too long.
Style: Barrel-aged Russian Imperial Stout
Additions: Aged in Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon barrels |
