Description of Event:

West Sonoma Coast vs. The World Blind Tasting

The Wine and Cheese Place on Forsyth 6pm -7:30pm Wednesday January 22nd

The West Sonoma Coast—often called the Extreme Sonoma Coast—has been making serious waves, firmly planting its flag as one of the world’s most exciting regions for Pinot Noir. Cool-climate, coastal influence, incredible tension and elegance—this is Pinot at its most compelling.

At The Wine and Cheese Place, we’re big believers in West Sonoma Coast Pinot, and with the recent addition of Steve Kistler’s Occidental Winery to our lineup, we knew it was time to put these wines to the test.

So we’re turning things up a notch with a blind tasting showdown.

We’ll be pouring three of our favorite West Sonoma Coast Pinots, going head-to-head with world-class Pinot Noir from Burgundy, Russian River Valley, and Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Same grape. Different terroirs. One unforgettable comparison.

Which region will rise to the top? Join us and taste for yourself. 🍷
