St. Louis has access to The Kome Collective, a small but top tier collection of Japan's best producers.  The collective is on more Michelin starred restaurants than any wine or sake portfolio in the world! Did you know great sake is served cold?  Did you know once opened it will stay fresh for over a week? That it matches well with fruit and vegetables?  Come taste and learn about this misunderstood spirit from someone who knows the category as well as anyone, kikisakeshe Darryl Vennard.  We'll be eating sushi and drinking the best!
