Experimental ales deserve a mad laboratory of their own. The Mod facility delivers assorted, seven-barrel-batches of blended and experimental offerings. Many Mod recipes call for local fruits and fermentation in barrels from Ska's sister distillery, Peach Street Distillers, out of Palisade, CO.
