TASTING NOTES
Inspired by the fruited wine best paired with our favorite small plates, Beer for Tapas features a nectarine skin hue and drying grape tannin finish from a generous post primary fermentation addition of pinot noir grape must. Notes of dark cherry, pithy citrus, tart apple and Sicilian blood orange create a fruity cornucopia, typical of our favorite sangrias.
SECRET TECHNIQUE
Post fermentation, Pinot Noir, apple, orange and lemon juices are pasteurized, cooled, and added to the fermenter for a quick refermentation to maximize red wine and fruit notes.
