The newest addition to our nostalgia based artist series..and in time for the final race to the playoffs, we have a new label by local illustrator @jtmoler!! To compliment his amazing use of green, our minds immediately went to hops. We utilized the new thiolized Cosmic Punch yeast strain from our friends at @omegayeast and hopped it with over 4lbs/barrel in 3 stages resulting in some seriously amazing notes of pineapples, peaches, with a smooth mango-like finish.
