Brewed by Brasserie La Malpolon in Lavérune, Occitanie, France, Moisson Dorée is a precisely crafted blonde “Bière de Garde” built on a proprietary grain bill of 90% artisan French-barley malt and 10% French wheat. The hop program features exclusively French varieties — Barbe Rouge and Triskel — contributing a calculated ~30 IBU of bitterness. Fermentation utilizes a custom house yeast blend combining Lager, Kveik and Saison strains, followed by an extended cold-lager maturation to refine clarity and mouthfeel. The result is a golden ale with tight foam structure, a dry finish, subtle grain-honey notes, mild herbal hop character, and the structural integrity for cellaring — a rare technical expression of French farmhouse brewing brought to premium form.
