3 Fonteinen Framboos Oogst 2019 is a benchmark example of traditional Belgian fruit lambic, crafted with an uncompromising focus on terroir and raw ingredients. This spontaneously fermented lambic was blended from one-, two-, and three-year-old lambics and refermented with whole fresh raspberries (frambozen), sourced from carefully selected harvest lots from the 2019 growing season. The beer contains no concentrates, syrups, or artificial flavoring—only lambic, fruit, and time. After extended maceration on fruit and bottle conditioning, it delivers a vividly dry, structured profile with intense raspberry aromatics, bright natural acidity, earthy funk, and a long, vinous finish. Bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized at approximately 6% ABV, Framboos Oogst 2019 showcases 3 Fonteinen’s house character: elegant, complex, and relentlessly traditional, with aging potential that rivals fine wine.
