Maturing gracefully for 13 months in oak apple brandy barrels, with cherries added halfway through the aging process, this beer is beautifully layered with bright, tart cherry notes and subtle brandy warmth, complemented by dark fruit, Belgian esters, and a delicate hint of cinnamon apples.
