Saint Amour is the Northern most of the 10 Crus of Beaujolais. It is located just south of Pouilly Fuisse and St. Veran. Saint Amour is one of the tiniest crus of Beaujolais, therefore we do not see very much of it here. We are excited to offer this new 2020 Langeron Saint Amour from a small producer.
Very floral and fruity nose. The nose of this wine jumps out of the glass with cherries and ripe strawberries. The palate is rich with a hint of dark chocolate and it is medium to full bodied. Great structure and presence in the glass with its vibrant color. This Saint Amour is a great year round red wine. Great in the summer, just put chill it for about 15 minutes. Also perfect food wine with a wide variety of foods. So Versatile!
