The 2020 Ventoux Silica is beautiful, with ripe strawberry and framboise fruit notes as well as notes of sappy garrigue, chalky minerality, and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, it's as seamless as they come and offers richness without weight, beautiful balance, and a great finish. I like it today yet it will certainly have 10-15 years of overall longevity.
