SUPERNOVA NAVY STRENGTH GIN
For the gin fanatic, this naval classic is bright and concentrated with 11 different botanicals. While our bright gin and bold gin have an ABV of 40% and 45% respectively, our Supernova is an overproof spirit strong enough for even the most hardened sailor. Historically, navy strength gins were made with over 55% ABV to protect gunpowder on the ships. In the event the spirit spilled on the gunpowder, if it was over 55% ABV, the gunpowder could be salvaged. These days, we’re not storing gunpowder at the distillery, but we’re still excited to introduce you to this stellar spirit.
Botanicals include: Fresh Orange Zest, Hibiscus, Chamomile, Sweet Almond, Coriander, Juniper, and a hint of Elderberry.
