Has a rich golden color. The nose is complex with cinnamon, clove, orange and a touch of vanilla. It has great mouthfeel and lots of viscosity. The palate is more citrus with sweet toffee, caramel and honey. Great cinnamon spice on the finish. It is a complex, unique and delicious single barrel

We are located at the edge of the Driftless Area – a unique topographical part of the state that was missed by the last glaciation 15,000 years ago. This gave us rugged hills, deep river valleys, rich prairies, abundant limestone, and sandy soil. Most importantly, it means that we now have a natural sandstone aquifer. The terroir of the local region makes for prime conditions to grow grains and is an excellent water source, allowing us to produce our award-winning whiskey.
