One of the best deals in sparkling wine, when you taste it, you will think it is from the great region of Champagne. It is a small production sparkling wine produced by a great burgundian sparkling wine producer. Made in the same method as Champagne including hand harvesting whole bunches and aging for a year on the lees.

The NV Imaginarium Blanc de Blancs is a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Ugni Blanc and French Colombard made using the traditional method with 12 months on the lees. It has a lovely perfumed nose of lemon drops, honeysuckle and peach blossoms with touches of apple pie and baking bread. The palate is elegant, fresh, zippy and invigorating with lovely tension and great intensity.
