Where do we ship?
We ship wines to the following states only:
AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
How do we ship?
All shipments are via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. An adult signature is required at time of delivery. Wines are packed in Styrofoam containers designed for shipping wine. The cost of packaging is included in the shipping charge. All packages valued at more than $200 per box are insured.
When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Refer also to our “Warm Weather” policy below.
What is our “Warm Weather” policy?
Due to the heat during the summer months, we strongly advise customers not to ship wines until the weather cools off. Customers placing orders during this time will be contacted regarding their shipping options. We will store any orders free of charge until cooler weather prevails. If you elect to ship during this time, we will not be liable for damaged shipments.
What if no one is home to sign for the delivery?
An adult signature is required for delivery. If you are not sure that an adult will be home to sign for the shipment, we strongly suggest that you ship to a business address. If your order is undeliverable, applicable shipping charges will apply.
When is my order confirmed?
When you submit your order, it is not a guarantee that all items are in stock. Some wines are of limited availability and sell out quickly. You will receive an email confirming your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is confirmed.
